Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I’ve spent over 30 years practicing family law in Houston, Texas, and developing the skills that are essential for the position of a Family District Court Judge. Since the beginning of my legal career, I’ve focused on helping families navigate difficult times toward a healing process. I believe in long term solutions achieved through negotiated settlements, mediation, and collaborative law. My extensive social work and legal experience will help me create an environment where litigants have the best opportunity to find alternatives to destructive battles, and families can find avenues to communicate and solve problems.

As Judge, I will listen and make decisions with compassion and respect for litigants and attorneys during these life changing experiences. Family law matters impact everyone’s life.  That’s why it is important to have a say in who represents you on the bench.
